We want you to feel confident and stylish in every PinkCherry piece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate wear and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwanted items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
